Notes =>Vṛṅdāvan : small structure erected in the courtyard, in front of the house or at its back, in which basil is planted. Womenfolk, every day, worship it, pouring water and walking around the structure. At twilight, an oil lamp is lit and kept in a niche in the structure. The basil is considered to be a medicinal plant.
